Inflation of Tembilahan in August 2025

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) reported an inflation rate of Tembilahan was 0.28 percent (m-to-m) in August 2025. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose from 108.98 in July 2025 to 109.28 in August 2025. On an annual basis, the CPI increased from 104.61 in August 2024 to 109.28 in August 2025, resulting in a year-on-year inflation rate of 4.46 percent. Meanwhile, the calendar year inflation up to August 2025 stood at 3.17 percent. The expenditure group contributing the most to monthly inflation was the transportation group, which experienced an inflation rate of 0.67 percent with a contribution of 0.14 percent. The food, beverages, and tobacco group recorded an inflation rate of 0.5 percent, contributing 1.67 percent to inflation. The personal care and other services group experienced an inflation rate of 0.47 percent, with a contribution of 1.06 percent. For the annual inflation contributors, the personal care and other services group was the largest, recording an inflation rate of 15.37 percent with a contribution of 1.44 percent. The food, beverages, and tobacco group recorded an inflation rate of 6.91 percent, contributing 2.46 percent to inflation. Meanwhile, the health group experienced an inflation rate of 3.08 percent, with a contribution of 0.08 percent.
