Human Development and Gender Indicators of Indragiri Hilir Regency

Human development as a measure of development performance as a whole is formed through a basic three-dimensional approach, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent life. All indicators representing these three dimensions are summarized in a single value, namely the Human Development Index (IPM).Human development achievements in 2014-2022 show a significant increase. However, these achievements and progress still leave work and tasks that are not easy because there is still a relatively high disparity in development achievements between regions.This publication presents disaggregated data and information on developments in human development in the health, education, and economic sectors. It is hoped that the publication of this publication will become a reference in formulating policies and evaluating regional development programs from a gender perspective.
